Don’t adjust your screen there really are 6 passports in that picture. We are taking our first family trip to Berlin. We are nervous and excited about all that is in store. Please be in prayer for us as we head out Saturday afternoon. We have been asking people to pray for safe travel, a good interaction with the Berlin team and clarity about the direction He wants us to go.
Our visit to Berlin will try to meet the following objectives:
* See ministry options.
* Meet ministry partners.
* Attend a team meeting.
* Spend time with all team members.
* Understand schooling options for children.
* Understand language school options for adults
* Attend a worship service.
* Down time for rest and reflection
* Discuss the team vision and how the team works in the context of the culture.
* Get a good picture of what life would be like.
* Some time to explore Berlin on our own.
Romans 10:14-15 “How shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘Beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
Praying for each of you as you obey the calling God has placed on you. He is going to do amazing and wonderful things. Blessings!
So excited you are embarking on this journey today. Sad I have not been able to see. joining with the multitude in prayer on behalf of your family.
So very excited for all of you! I know you’ll fall in love with Berlin and Germany and the people who live there just as Jan and I did!
We are standing with you as you seek to answer the call God has put on your hearts!
You are covered in prayer!
Blessings from your Knoxville Church Family at Two Rivers Church.
We love you all!
Chris & Jan
